While we can do our best to be allergen friendly we work in a kitchen that is not allergen friendly and therefore we cannot guarantee that our products have not come into contact with wheat products, egg products, milk products or nut products.
We also use edible pearls, sprinkles, colouring dusts, gel colours, edible glitter dust, tylose powder, corn flour & rose spirit.
I use two different fondant brands depending on availability, the two brands are Bakels Pettinice and Satin Ice. Both brands are gluten free, nut free, dairy free and suitable for vegetarians.
Bakels Pettinice – Sugar, Glucose, Water, Vegetable Fats & Oils, Maize Starch, Vegetable Gum (413), Flavour, Colour (171), Preservative (202), Food Acid (260), Antioxidant (306, 320).
Satin Ice – Sugar, corn syrup, water, palm oil, gum tragacanth (stabilizer), natural and artificial flavors, titanium dioxide (coloring), cellulose gum (thickener), glycerine (humectant), modified corn starch, potassium sorbate (preservative), acetic acid (preservative).
